Delivery Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. A tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

Please note shipping times are estimates only, while we observe national holiday closures.

 

Expedited Shipping

We offer 2nd day and 3rd day expedited shipping. Rates will automatically be calculated at checkout based on size and destination of your order.

 

International Shipping

Order Cancellations

Email us at customerservice@lecadeaux.com or call us at 323-233-8300 immediately after placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.  Cancellations after 1 hour cannot be completed.

To cancel backorders that have not shipped yet, email customerservice@lecadeaux.com.

 

Returns

Le Cadeaux is committed to providing excellent customer service. New and unused items may be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. You are responsible for covering the shipping cost to return your merchandise. We can provide a pre-paid label at your request and deduct the cost from your total refund. Please email customerservice@lecadeaux.com to initiate return process. Unauthorized returns will charged a 20% restocking fee.

 

Refusals

If a shipment is refused and returned to Le Cadeaux, we will issue a refund minus outbound and inbound shipping charges.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued back to the original card used at time of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. 

 

Damaged Merchandise

If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please email a photo to customerservice@lecadeaux.com within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Please include your order number and a brief description in your email. Damage claims older than 30 days from purchase will not be processed.
